Frantik are a Herefordian alternative rock band who enjoy gigging and making EP's such as Status Non Grata and Sweet Lady.
I started this project back in 1998 when my music teacher introduced me to the lead singer Robby Toner. He wanted a site for his band he had started in 1997, and wanted to bring people from the four corners of the world to hear what was Frantik. There has been 4 incarnations of the site, and each one has got bigger in time.
In 2000 Richey came abord the team and started to design Flash for us, which was cool.
The site has it's own community, with message boards and guest books. It also has the latest gig info which Robby feeds into a form, controlled by ASP. We also sell merchandise, have music samples, pictures, news, reviews, interviews. I can see this site getting bigger and bigger, so much information. |
